The plastic material we use is certified as food-safe by the German BfR Institute as well as the US FDA. The plastic material guarantees maximum resistance to wear caused by the various components used in your recipe and ensures prolonged use thanks to its high resistance.
Our biscuit moulds are manufactured with extreme precision thanks to our latest generation CNC machines, guaranteeing a tolerance of ±2% in product weights.
